We provide PHP development training services including:

• PHP fundamentals and advanced development training
• Framework-specific training (Laravel, Symfony, etc.)
• Code review and consulting services
• Corporate team training programs
• Certification programs

4. Service Area

Our services are available to clients in CIS countries, excluding the Russian Federation. This includes but is not limited to Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Moldova.

5. Registration and Enrollment

5.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to enroll in our training programs. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5.2 Account Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and for keeping your account information updated.

5.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Payment Terms

Course prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change. All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. Payment must be completed before accessing course materials.

6.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund available within 7 days of course start if no course materials have been accessed
• Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances
• Corporate training programs have customized refund terms as specified in individual contracts

7. Course Access and Materials

7.1 Access Period

Course access is provided for the duration specified in your enrollment agreement. Access may be extended in certain circumstances at our discretion.

7.2 Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, code examples, and exercises, are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download, copy, or distribute course materials without permission
• Use course content for commercial purposes without explicit authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

All content provided by 1PT Grupp Osaühing, including course materials, website content, and training methodologies, is our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

8.2 Your Content

Any code, projects, or other materials you create during our courses remain your intellectual property, subject to any open-source licenses that may apply.

9. Certification

Certificates of completion are awarded based on successful completion of course requirements. Certificates are digital documents issued by 1PT Grupp Osaühing and do not constitute official government or industry certifications unless specifically stated.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other participants or instructors
• Attempt to disrupt or damage our services or systems
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
